Entry-level Martech Campaign Consultant – Marketing Technology & Campaign Execution
We’re looking for a curious and collaborative graduate who wants to start their Martech consulting career at the intersection of marketing, technology, and data, helping brands design, execute, and optimize data-driven marketing flows.

As a Graduate Martech Campaign Consultant, you’ll support our clients in turning strategy into action—helping them activate data, tools, and insights to create relevant and engaging customer experiences crossing channels such as email, sms, web, app, paid.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate who wants to build a strong foundation within a consulting environment.

You’ll primarily work within the Customer Engagement offering. In addition, in this role you will also learn campaign execution in Performance Marketing to bridge silos and work in an omni set up.
The Value You Bring
As part of our team, you’ll contribute to projects and clients focused on marketing Automation, CRM, and campaign activation. The primary objective is to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty. You’ll work with well-known B2C brands, primarily rooted in the Nordic region.
Typical areas you’ll work with:
Supporting the planning, setup, and execution of marketing campaigns across email, paid, sms, web and app.
Working in and with Customer Data Platforms, Marketing Automation Platforms and Personalization Engines
Translating campaign requirements into campaign workflows
Supporting data-driven targeting, segmentation, and personalization
Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to generate insights
You’ll also gradually develop skills within:
Customer data structures, architecture, and integration patterns
Data modelling
Collaboration between marketing, analytics, and IT teams
With time take over responsibility over selected work streams in implementation projects
Examples of Your Assignments:
Supporting senior consultants in campaign and Martech projects
Preparing campaign setups, flows, and documentation
Conducting campaign, conversion, and performance analyses
Assisting with requirements gathering and use-case development
Preparing presentations and insights for clients
Qualifications:
Recent graduate from a Marketing Automation related education
Interest in marketing, digital channels, and technology
Some experience with data, systems, or analytics from studies or internships
Experience from at least one MA/CDP tool either from studies or internships (e.g. Braze, Bloomreach, Insider , Salesforce, Voyado, Hubspot, Apsis or similar)
Fluency in Swedish and English
As this is an entry-level position, we are looking for candidates with a maximum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
