We seek
You have experience with the implementation and application of technical systems within marketing, as well as new methods for customer and campaign management. Your experience covers tools such as Salesforce and maybe other platforms. You are experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDP:s, Braze and other systems such as Hubspot and MS Dynamics, etc. is meritorious. We believe you are consultative as a person which makes you a suitable fit for giving our customers high-quality advice in the technical aspects of their projects. You have programing skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. You have previous experience with technical implementation projects, and a sense, and understanding of what is required for introducing technology in marketing. Perhaps, you work at a Technology provider and implement systems in marketing departments.
About the position
You will be helping our customers to progress with their digital transformation in the area of customer experience. As a consultant at Remotion, you will be provided with a stack of models and methods for you to take advantage of when delivering projects for leading brands within the Swedish and Nordic markets. When creating new ways for marketers to adress the opportunities that technology and data provides today, you will work in close relationships with our customers and our internal teams.
Examples of work assignments
- Requirement analyst from a technical perspective
- Mediating between IT and marketing departments - understand and communicate departments’ requirements and limitations
- Configure applications like Braze, Salesforce and CDP:s to fit the customers need and architecture.
- Take part in technical implementation and integration projects
- Support in evaluation of different tecnologies
Your experience
- At least 4 years of experience in as a technical consultant or with technical CRM
- Previous experience from consultancy or specialist positions within market communication
- You are not a full time developer but knows how to code as required, for example SQL.
