Salesforce Consultant

We’re looking for consultants at different stages of their careers - from those with a few years of experience to more senior profiles - who want to grow, contribute, and make a real impact together with us.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to both clients and solutions - someone who can advise at a strategic level while also understanding how things get built and delivered.
About the Role
As a Salesforce Consultant at Remotion, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them unlock the full potential of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
You will work in the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience, taking ownership of both client relationships and solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Act as an advisor to client stakeholders on MarTech, customer data, and digital transformation
Lead and deliver Salesforce projects - from analysis and solution design to implementation and rollout
Translate business needs into scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions
Drive business development by identifying opportunities and expanding existing client engagements
Build long-term client relationships based on trust, quality, and results
Contribute to developing Remotion’s Salesforce and MarTech capabilities
Support (and potentially lead) the growth of our Salesforce team over time
You Likely Have
3+ years of experience working with Salesforce
Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Engage or Marketing Cloud Next
Experience in building and growing MarTech capabilities aligned with client and market needs
Experience working with broader MarTech ecosystems
A strong track record of delivering successful Salesforce projects
Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and building trust at multiple levels
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken (required)
It’s a Plus If You Also Have
Experience working in other key products in the Salesforce stack such as Data360, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
Experience in solution architecture or leading larger implementations
Salesforce certifications
Experience working with MS Dynamics
