We seek
You possess a strong inclination towards CX (customer experience) and growth in the context of digital business. As a result, you naturally stay updated on the ever-evolving media landscape and the latest technological advancements. Your objective is to leverage this knowledge to drive brand growth and boost sales for your clients.
You thrive as a collaborator, working alongside specialists to instigate change. Your motivation stems from offering guidance and establishing solid relationships with stakeholders beyond the customer base. Ensuring quality, customer satisfaction, and progress in projects are your passions. With a business-oriented mindset, you excel at leading project teams, showcasing valuable leadership skills, and finding fulfillment in working with both verbal and written communication.
In addition to possessing the right personal qualities and valuing organizational culture, we consider a bachelor's degree in marketing/economics or equivalent work experience as a project manager/customer manager in the commercial sector crucial. Ideally, this experience would span at least 3 years, preferably in an agency setting with a primary focus on digital marketing. Fluency in both Swedish and English, coupled with exceptional presentation skills, is a must.
Examples of work assignments
- Customer responsibility with the aim of maximizing clients' digital investments.
- Conducting workshops and leading strategic consulting related to digital customer journeys, with a primary focus on paid social, SEM, Display, Online Video, or omnichannel marketing.
- Ongoing customer communication and result tracking, employing analysis and strategic insights.
- Allocate resources, ensure quality, and manage project teams consisting of 2-4 specialists for each customer assignment.
- Cultivate relationships and provide customer care, striving for long-term assignments, additional sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor the business landscape to identify opportunities and challenges within customer assignments and project teams
