The value you bring

As part of our Growth team, you’ll contribute to projects that shape the future of customer interaction, CRM, and marketing. Your work will improve efficiency in customer acquisition, enhance customer engagement, and improve loyalty. You’ll be working with global brands rooted in the Nordic region.

Our projects typically include the following:

• Developing transformation roadmaps by analyzing a company’s current state and setting future goals and objectives

• Understanding customers’ needs and behaviors to create better products and services

• Designing strategies that enhance customer experience

• Translating business needs into IT requirements

• Helping clients select the right technology and systems to support their growth

In addition, we’re looking for someone who is excited to explore and learn Data Analytics and apply it to:

• Customer base analysis

• Customer lifetime value modeling

• Value segmentation—using algorithms to determine customer profitability and behavioral drivers

• Target scoring—building models to identify the best products or services for specific customer segments

Examples of your assignments

• Working closely with team members to develop recommendations and insights

• Conducting analyses such as market, conversion, and campaign analysis

• Researching trends, competitors, and new opportunities

• Requirements analysis, develop uses-cases

• Building business cases to support strategic decisions

• Preparing, modeling, and analyzing data

Qualifications

• Recent Master’s graduate (2023 or 2024) in engineering or a related field 

• Some experience working with large datasets, either through academic projects or work experience

• An interest in Marketing and Commercial topics

• Fluency in Swedish and English
