Martech Capability Consultant – Martech Enablement
We are looking for a Martech Capability Consultant who wants to take the next step in their career by shaping how brands use marketing technology, data, and automation to build scalable, future-proof customer engagement capabilities.
Rather than primarily executing campaigns, this role focuses on building new capabilities, designing how Martech should work, and enabling organizations to evolve their Martech landscape.
What Are We Looking For?
As a Martech Capability Consultant, you will work at the intersection of business, marketing, and technology to help clients design and implement new capabilities within their Martech landscape.
This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience in Martech who wants to take a more capability-focused role, working with both technical implementation and strategic enablement of marketing technology.

You will primarily work within the Customer Engagement business area.
The Value You Bring
You will help clients evolve their Martech ecosystems by building and enabling new capabilities. Your work will support better customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through smarter use of data, technology, and automation.
You’ll work with well-known brands, primarily rooted in the Nordic region, often in transformation or development initiatives.
Typical areas you’ll work with:
Defining and designing new Martech capabilities based on business needs
Assessing current Martech setups and identifying gaps and opportunities
Enable and configure new channels such as Email, SMS, Push, web/app e.t.c
Designing and configuring Martech platforms (e.g., CDP, Marketing Automation, CRM) and integrations between systems to fit the client’s architecture and needs
Translating business strategies into technical and functional Martech capabilities
Acting as a bridge between marketing and IT — understanding and translating requirements, dependencies, and limitations between department
Ensuring Martech solutions support scalable, data-driven marketing
You’ll also work with and develop expertise in:
IT architecture and customer data architecture – thinking E-2-E from capturing to activating data.
Data governance, data quality, and integration patterns
Collaboration between marketing, IT, analytics, and external vendors
Become a technical lead in Martech implementation and transformation projects
Examples of Your Assignments:
Participating in or leading technical implementation projects within Martech, including platform setup, data modeling, and integrations
Design and configure data models and integrations between systems
Supporting clients in defining their future Martech roadmap
Facilitating workshops with marketing and IT to align on Martech solutions
Defining requirements for new Martech features or integrations
Participate in evaluation of Martech tools and advising on best setup and usage
Qualifications:
3 – 5 years of experience working with Martech
Experience from at least one of the major CDP/MA tools in the market (e.g. Bloomreach, Braze, Insider , Salesforce, Voyado)
Basic programming or scripting skills (e.g., SQL, JavaScript and similar) to support data work and integrations
Understanding of database concepts such as Relational Database, NO SQL/Document oriented data base
Some experience of building integrations between systems using methods such as ETL, APIs
Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders and translating in-between
Fluency in Swedish and English
